3. Walk to the Het Paard van Marken lighthouse

One of Marken's most iconic landmarks is the The Horse of Marken lighthouse. Take a beautiful walk along the waterfront and enjoy the wide views over the Markermeer. A popular spot for photographers and nature lovers, the lighthouse exudes the atmosphere of days gone by.
