After you have picked up the E-Chopper in the harbour of Volendam you can directly start you tour. The E-Chopper have a speed of 25 kilometers per hour. They bring you to all the highlights of the area.

Safety comes first! Before we send you off on your way we will make sure you have exactly the right vehicle for your comfort, whether it be a bike or electric vehicle. If you feel you need to bike with a helmet, just let us know and we will make sure you have one. (bikes only)
Our expert staff will make sure you know how to work your chosen vehicle and let you ride on it first to make sure you are comfortable with it and know how it works. Our vehicles have a liability insurence. In case of damage we charge you a maximum own risk of € 1500.00 per damage. It is possible to lower your own risk. For € 5.00 per vehicle you can lower your own risk to € 350.00 per vehicle. You can add this in your reservation.

We have a good weather guarantee at Rent & Event. If you reserved a vehicle, you can contact us the day before the booking in case bad weather is predicted. You can reschedule or cancel the booking free of charge.
On the day of the booking you can not cancel the reservation for free.
For just 10% of the total booking amount, you can add cancellation insurance to your Rent & Event reservation. This gives you extra flexibility and peace of mind when renting our bikes or vehicles.

Gratis parkeren in Volendam
1. Marinapark parkeerterrein, het meest gebruikte en bekende parkeerterrein van Volendam is het Marinapark. Naast vakantiepark Roompot Marinapark bevindt zich een groot parkeerterrein waar je gratis je auto kunt plaatsen. Let op, het eerste gedeelte van het parkeerterrein is voor maximaal 3 uur met een blauwe schijf. Vanaf hier is het slechts 10 minuten lopen richting de dijk en de haven van Volendam. 2. Slobbeland parkeerterrein, ben je wat slechter ter been en wil je toch gratis parkeren dan raden wij je aan om te parkeren bij parkeerterrein Slobbeland. Dit kleine parkeerterrein ligt op slechts 300 meter afstand van de haven. Nadeel is wel dat er een beperkt aantal plekken beschikbaar zijn. Parkeer hier dus niet je auto als je goed ter been bent. Hierdoor voorkom je dat de plekken bezet zijn en mensen die slecht ter been zijn dus geen plek meer hebben. Als je Slobbeland 2 intoetst in Google Maps kom je er zo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day in Volendam on our 3 hour E-chopper rental Before we left the staff made sure we knew all about the choppers. They let us test them to make sure we knew exactly what we were doing. We could scan a code and the route popped up on our phone! It was a bit chilly in the morning but when the sun finally broke through and we were on our way it warmed up. Each chopper has a cooler bag on it so our sandwiches and drinks could stay cool. We stopped at Hemmeland and had a little picnic and dipped our feet in the water. The route went through the countryside an the quaint villages with the cute streets and houses. After 3 hours we returned safe and sound with happy faces. Definitely something to do! Highly recommend this!
